1 tablespoon PARMESAN CHEESE
1/2 teaspoon GARLIC POWDER
2 tablespoon DIJON MUSTARD
2 tablespoons HONEY
1/2 cup WHITE WINE
8 ounces WHITE MUSHROOMS
1 small ONION
1 medium TOMATO

  1. COMBINE BREAD CRUMBS, PARMESAN, GARLIC POWDER

  2. COMBINE HONEY AND MUSTARD. COAT CHICKEN, ROLL IN BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE.
