2 PEPPER, JALAPENO SLICED
1/2 ONION
2 med TOMATOES
1/4 cup TOMATO SAUCE
1 T OLIVE OIL
1 GARLIC CLOVE
1/2 cup BEEF BROTH

Recipe Directions for BISTEAK MEXICANA

HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL IN HEAVY SKILLET. BROWN THINLY SLICED STEAK. ADD PEPPER,ONION, TOMATO SAUCE AND BROTH. COVER AND SIMMER UNTIL PEPPERS ARE SOFT. ADD SLICED TOMATOES AND SIMMER ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.
