Simple chicken pot pie that can use whatever frozen vegetables you have in your freezer.

Recipe Ingredients for Bisquick Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 cup Bisquick Original
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (5 oz) Chicken
8 oz Carrots, Baby
8 oz Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Bisquick Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  1. In 2qt casserole dish mix vegetables, soup & chicken until smooth

  2. Stir remaining ingredients in separate bowl with fork until blended then pour over chicken mixture in casserole dish.

  3. Bake uncovered at 400 deg F for approx 30 minutes
