Bison with potatoes, carrots, celery, parsnips, onions

Recipe Ingredients for Bison Stew

2 tablespoons olive oil
6 ounces Pot Roast
2 pound potatoes
2 carrots, medium
1 stalk celery
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
6 grams bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
5 ounces parsnips

Recipe Directions for Bison Stew

  1. Brown onion in oil and remove from pot;

  2. Brown bison in oil

  3. Add back onions with garlic, potatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, and parsnips;

  4. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender--2 hours
