Great medium-hot curry. Also good for beef roast leftovers.

Recipe Ingredients for Bison curry

400 grams Bison
300 grams Onions
1 serving Cumin and Chile Hot Madras Curry Paste Concentrate For Sauces
4 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Red
1 tbsp Ginger, Ground
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 dash Salt, Table
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots

Recipe Directions for Bison curry

  1. Chop onions finely.

  2. Cut meat into cubes - 2 cm sq.

  3. Slice carrots and chilis finely.

  4. Heat some oil in a large frying pan, and add onion, carrot, curry paste and chilis and ginger.

  5. Fry until the vegetables are soft.

  6. Remove from pan.

  7. Add a little more oil.

  8. Add the meat cubes and fry until browned on all sides.

  9. Put the vegetable mix back in on top and add approx a cup to 2 cups water.

  10. Add salt / pepper to taste and leave to simmer.
