Recipe Ingredients for Bison Curry

2 T olive oil
1 small bell pepper
16 ounces bison, ground
1 cup tomato sauce
1 t cumin, ground
1 t curry powder
2 T fresh ginger, minced
1 t sea salt

Recipe Directions for Bison Curry

  1. heat oil

  2. add pepper and bison, saute till light brown

  3. add sauce and dry spices; stir well

  4. add ginger; stir well

  5. Heat to a simmer

  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or so
