Recipe Ingredients for biscuits

50 grams Butter
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
1 medium Egg, Whole
50 grams Flour

Recipe Directions for biscuits

  1. Melt the 50grams of butter in a small pot.

  2. In-cooperate about 2 to 4 dish spoons of flour with about 2 dish spoons of sugar in a separate bowl.

  3. Then gradually add the melted butter stirring with a wooden spoon and the mixture should look like it has big clumps.

  4. If it looks a bit buttery, then add some flour.

  5. Add a little bit of egg but not whole of the egg so that it sticks together.

  6. Add two spoons of flour to stop it from sticking to the surface.

  7. Add a little amount of water to get it easy to manage.

  8. Gas mark 7, 15 to 20 minuets.
