less butter than my usual biscuit recipe

Recipe Ingredients for biscuits

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup 2% milk
4 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for biscuits

  1. mix first 5 ingredients

  2. add milk and butter

  3. scoop out 1/4 cup

  4. bake 400 for 15 mins
