Quick Whole Wheat Buttermilk Biscuits

Recipe Ingredients for Biscuits

1 c white flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c lowfat buttermilk
1/3 c canola oil

Recipe Directions for Biscuits

  1. Please note that you can exchange a yogurt and milk mixture for the buttermilk.

  2. Mix together the dry ingredients. Add the wet ones. Drop by ice cream scooper (will make 11 biscuits) onto oiled pan.

  3. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
