Made with whole wheat flour and nonfat milk. Moist.

Recipe Ingredients for Biscuits

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup butter
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup nonfat milk

Recipe Directions for Biscuits

  1. Cut butter into flour, baking powder, and salt until mixture resembles fine crumbs

  2. Mixing with a fork, add milk until dough leaves sides of bowl. Should not be too moist.

  3. Knead 20 times on lightly floured surface

  4. Roll out 1/2 in thick

  5. Cut into shapes. Bake at 450 degrees for 9-12 minutes.
