220 gr pancake mix is 1.5 cups, makes 19 biscuits rolled out to 1/2 inch and cut into 2" rounds.

Recipe Ingredients for Biscuits, mini with Fruit & Flax CB

220 grams pancake mix Krusteaz
1/2 tsp baking powder
20 grams craisins
20 grams dried apricot
25 grams dried mango
2 tbsp flax seed
40 grams dubliner cheese
3/4 cup milk, skim
1/8 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Biscuits, mini with Fruit & Flax CB

  1. DO NOT put the flour into the mix. It is for rolling out.

  2. Put pancake mix and baking powder into bowl.

  3. Chop fruit into tiny pieces, the smaller the better. Mix with dry ingreds. Finely-grate cheese into the dry mix.

  4. Add milk to get fairly dry mix (will feel dry). 3/4 cup is likely a bit too much.

  5. Flour board (using the 1/8 cup flour) - and roll out to about 1/2 inch thick. cut into 2" rounds. Will make 19 or 20.

  6. Calories based on 19 biscuits.

  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
