Biscuits made with white flour and coconut oil -- light and fluffy.

Recipe Ingredients for Biscuits (dairy-free)

2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 tablespoons coconut oil
3/4 cup coconut milk

Recipe Directions for Biscuits (dairy-free)

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. Mix flour, baking powder, salt.

  3. Cut in coconut oil.

  4. Mix in coconut milk without overmixing.

  5. Shape as desired.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
