3/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pumpkin
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Biscuits à la citrouille

  1. Put the margarine and the brown sugar into cream.

  2. Add the eggs, the vanilla and the pumpkin.

  3. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeasts and spices.

  4. Add to the mixture.

  5. Add the chocolate chips.

  6. Bake on a greased plate at 375F 10-12 minutes.
