Recipe Ingredients for Biscuits, Cinnamon Roll Style

2 1/4 cups bisquick
1/4 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup milk non-fat
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Biscuits, Cinnamon Roll Style

  1. Mix bisquick mix and baking powder; add milk. Mix until blended.

  2. Melt the butter in a small dish then add splenda and cinnamon.

  3. Use the 1/4 cup flour to sprinkle on counter to roll out dough. You will need more than 1/4 cup but this recipe assumes 1/4 cup is approximately what is absorbed when kneading the dough.

  4. Knead the dough at least 10 times.

  5. Roll out to about 12 x 14 or so. Using a pastry brush or back of a spoon, evenly spread the butter/cinnamon mix all over the dough.

  6. Roll up jelly-roll fashion. Cut into 12 slices.

  7. These are very yummy.
