2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1/2 cup milk, skim
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Biscuits (Bisquik Recipe)

  1. measure Bisquick into bowl; add baking powder.

  2. Add milk

  3. Mix

  4. roll out on flour

  5. cut into 18 small biscuits (approx 1/4 inch deep and 1.5 inches diameter)

  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Put higher up in oven than usual because bottoms burn easily.
