Recipe Ingredients for biscuit (spinit)

3 cup Flour, All Purpose
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 oz Baking Powder
1/2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1/2 cup Water

Recipe Directions for biscuit (spinit)

  1. Combine dry ingredients, mix

  2. add canola oil, mix by hand thoroughly

  3. add milk and water

  4. stir first then finish kneading by hand

  5. dough should be wet but not too sticky (more water is better)

  6. flatten and cut into 8 pieces

  7. form in round shapes

  8. bake @400F 12-15 min.
