Recipe Ingredients for Biscotti and Rasberry Cobbler

16 biscotti
10 egg yolks
2 eggs
3 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
3 tbsp powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Biscotti and Rasberry Cobbler

  1. Beat the whipping cream until half way consistency.

  2. Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar.

  3. Beat the egg yolks until foamy - add in the whole eggs.

  4. Combine both the eggs and the yolks and beat until almost firm.

  5. Line the bottom of a casserole dish with crumbled biscotti.

  6. Layer the fruit on top.

  7. Cover with the egg mixture.

  8. Bake at 350 for 20min, or until the egg mixture is completely firm.
