Birds Custard made with Artificial Sweetener and Skim Milk

Recipe Ingredients for Birds Custard

30 grams custard powder
500 ml skim milk
5 grams Equal Sweetener

Recipe Directions for Birds Custard

  1. Mix Custard Powder and Sweetener together with a little milk to form a smooth, lump free runny paste.

  2. Gradually add the remaining milk

  3. Heat gently until the custard boils and thickens cook on a rolling boil for a few mins until it thickens no more.

  4. Serve with dessert of your choice
