Recipe Ingredients for Bird Bars

4 cups honey
3 cups peanut butter
1 tablespoon salt
12 cups sesame seeds
8 cups sunflower seeds
4 cups coconut flakes
2 cups cashews (finely chopped)

Recipe Directions for Bird Bars

  1. Mix honey, peanut butter, and salt

  2. Add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, and cashews

  3. Spread on greased 20x30 inch pan

  4. Bake @ 350 F for 20 minutes or so until lightly browned.

  5. Yields about 24 on a 20x30 pan
