Recipe Ingredients for Bircher Museli

200 g rolled oats
250 ml apple juice
2 green apples
125 g yoghurt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
100 g strawberries

Recipe Directions for Bircher Museli

Put rolled oats and apple juice into a bowl and soat for at least 1 hour or overnight. Grate apples and add them to the soaked oats with plain yoghurt and ground cinnamon. Mix well and serve with fresh berries.
