20 fl. oz Silk Pure Almond Unsweetened
58 grams Walnuts, English
80 grams Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
228 grams Publix Fat Free Plain Yogurt
237 grams Apples
6 tsp Agave Syrup

Recipe Directions for Bircher Muesli

Soak the oats and cranberries in the almond milk overnight. The next morning, shred the apple and add to the oats mixture. Add yogurt, walnuts, agave and a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg if you want.
