1 onion, medium , diced 1/2
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 ounce butter
1 ounce olive oil
1 ounce Parmesan cheese
2 ounces goat cheese
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Biltmore Creamy Goat Cheese Polenta

  1. Bring the milk to a boil with a little salt and whisk.

  2. While whisking, add the cornmeal in a steady stream.

  3. Using a wooden spoon, stir over low heat approximately 30 minutes.

  4. Remove from the heat and add the butter, oil, and cheeses stirring briskly.

  5. Adjust seasoning and serve.
