Recipe Ingredients for Bills fruit loaf (no added fat)

50 g dried apples
125 g raisins
1 tsp baking powder
300 ml milk
50 g rolled oats
240 g self raising flour
40 g sugar
2 tbsp splenda
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp chopped almonds
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Bills fruit loaf (no added fat)

  1. sieve baking powder and flour, add rest of ingredients, stir to combine,

  2. pour into grease paper lined loaf tin

  3. bake gas mark 4 for 45mins
