1 tsp baking powder
300 ml skimmed milk
50 g rolled oats
240 g self raising flour
7 tbsp splenda
1 egg

  1. mix the dried ingredients

  2. add the rest of the ingredients

  3. put in a baking paper lined loaf tin sprayed with frylight

  4. bake for 45 minutes gas mark 4
