Bill's Stir Fry (rice not included)

Recipe Ingredients for Bill's Chicken Stir Fry

16 oz (4 breasts) chicken breasts
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 onions
4 carrots
8 oz canned sliced water chestnuts, drained
20 oz snow peas
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 packages stir fry mix

Recipe Directions for Bill's Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Start rice

  2. Cut up veggies

  3. Saute chicken till done, add vegetables and simmer 15 minutes then add sauce mix per package instructions

  4. Simmer all till rice is done and veggies tender

  5. Serve over rice
