30 ounces pink salmon, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup corn meal, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup onions

Recipe Directions for Billie's Salmon Patties

2 cans 15oz pink salmon, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup meal, 1/2 cup chopped onions, and 1/2 cup oil for frying. Remove bones from salmon and add to bowl with all other ingredients except oil, heat electric skillet to 300 degrees and add oil make ingredients into patties and fry until done and golden brown.
