Recipe Ingredients for Billie's Omlet

1/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 slices fat free cheese
1 small tomato

Recipe Directions for Billie's Omlet

Chop onions tomatoes and peppers and set aside, spray a large skillet with pam, pour in 1/4 cup egg beaters, add onions, peppers, and tomatoes, when omelet is set add 2 slices fat free cheese and flip over. I also add 1 Tablespoon of Bacon bits.
