1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 large Egg, White
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 serving Cultured Buttermilk Blend

Recipe Directions for Biggest Loser's blueberry pancakes

Mix all ingredients together except the blueberries. Add frozen blueberries and let sit for 10 minutes. Pour into greased skillet by 1/4 cupfuls. Cook 1-2 mins on each side. 1 serving = 2 pancakes.
