Recipe Ingredients for (Biggest Loser) Portobello "Pizzas"

280 grams Portobello Mushroom Caps Packaged
1/2 cup Homemade Marinara Sauce
4 oz Lean Turkey Italian Sausage
2 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried

Recipe Directions for (Biggest Loser) Portobello "Pizzas"

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.

  2. Wipe the 4 mushrooms clean of any dirt. Place them on a baking sheet, grill side up. Spoon sauce over each cap, then sprinkle on the sausage and cheeses. Place the mushrooms in the oven and bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley.
