1 large Onions
6 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
14 1/2 oz Tomatoes Diced

1 tsp Garlic Salt
20 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup Organics Green Lentils Dry

Recipe Directions for Biggest Loser Lentil Curry

Saute chopped onions, ginger and garlic. Add spices and after a minute tomatoes, broth, lentils, yogurt (temper by mixing it first with several tablespoons of hot liquid being cooked), and cubed chicken breasts. Cook until lentils are of desired softness. ENJOY!
