Recipe Ingredients for Biggest Loser Broke Bean Stew

1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 tsp Garlic
28 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
14 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers
45 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
4 cup Light
3 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Biggest Loser Broke Bean Stew

Heat olive oil then add onion and cook about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 min more. Add tomatoes and spices - simmer 5 min. Add 3 1/2 cups broth and 2 cans of the beans (drained and rinsed) and bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer. In blender mix remaining can of beans (drained and rinsed) and 1/2 cup broth and puree. Add to stew. Mix in spinach before serving or put in bottom of bowl and put soup over it.
