1/2 cup frozen corn
20 oz ground turkey
46 1/2 oz kidney beans, drained
29 oz tomato puree
14 1/2 oz tomato sauce
1/2 white onion
3 tbsp olive oil

  1. saute onions (green peppers too if desired)

  2. add in ground turkey (beef if you prefer), brown meet

  3. add beans, tomato sauce, tomato puree, and corn

  4. add seasonings (salt, pepper, chili powder, cinnamon)
