This is a tasty salad with lots of crunch veggies and zesty ranch dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for Big Salad

1/4 c cucumber, large diced
1/4 c carrot, large diced
1/4 c green pepper, large diced
1 c romaine lettuce, rinsed and shredded
1 tbsp onion, small diced
1/8 c cheese, cheddar, shredded
1/4 c ranch dressing

Recipe Directions for Big Salad

Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly to mix ingredients. *Tip: Don't mix in the dressing. Dip your fork in the dressing once you have salad on it. You will use a lot less than you think!
