Recipe Ingredients for big pot potato soup v.2

2 c chicken broth
24 oz fat free evaporated milk
12 small potato
1 1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
3 stalk celery
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for big pot potato soup v.2

  1. chop potatoes and add to crock pot

  2. heat oil in pan - add chopped onions & celery cook 5 mins

  3. add chopped garlic for 2 minutes

  4. dump in crock pot

  5. add evaporated milk and fresh ground pepper

  6. cook on low for 6 hours

  7. thicken with hand blender

  8. serve with shredded cheese
