Recipe Ingredients for Big peanut butter cookie

4 oz fat free sour cream
4 oz fat free yogurt
4 oz splenda
4 oz sugar
8 oz peanut butter
4 egg whites
8 oz flour
12 oz oats
1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe Directions for Big peanut butter cookie

  1. mix sour cream and yogurt.(you can use applesauce or fat free cottage cheese they are the same in calories)

  2. Add sugar,egg whites, and last peanut butter

  3. ground oat in blender and add flour.

  4. Mix baking soda with 2 tablespoons hot water.

  5. Throw all ingriendent together

  6. I also like to add cinnamon and sometimes nut if i want to make a breakfast cookie.

  7. bake at 375 for 8 to ten minutes

  8. (if you loose the peanut butter they are only around 100 calories per serving)
