Recipe Ingredients for Big Moose Potatos

3.5 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
0.5 large Onions
0.5 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 tbsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Directions for Big Moose Potatos

Scrub the potatoes, cut out any eyes or sprouts, and cut them into cubes. Heat a tablespoon or so of oil over medium heat. Sauté the onion in oil until translucent. Add the peppers and cook until they begin to get soft. Scoop out the onions & peppers and put aside. Add more oil if the pan is dry. Sauté the potato cubes, stirring frequently, until a fork goes in them easily. Put the onions & peppers back in. When the potatoes begin to brown, add a teaspoon or two of soy sauce and mix well. It will bubble up very hot and the soy sauce will brown on the potatoes. Take ?em out and eat.
