Almond spread for dipping w/celery, jicama etc. (Orig recipe calls for peanut butter instead of almond butter) from the Big Loser 31 day jump start program

Recipe Ingredients for Big Loser Nutty Spread

1 c tofu, drained (about 9 oz silken type)
1/3 c almond butter
4 tsp honey
2 tsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Big Loser Nutty Spread

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Enjoy w/ crudites, or use as asian type sauce for salads, stir fry's. Store in airtight container in refridgerator
