a big healthy salad that makes a fine meal :)

Recipe Ingredients for Big Ham Salad

3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Regular
100 grams Peas, Green
100 grams Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
0.5 cup chopped Scallions
150 grams Whole New Potatoes
28 grams Mint
75 grams Natural Yoghurt
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Big Ham Salad

peel and slice the fruit and put into a frying pan on a low/med heat. Put sugar and spices (would be better with honey but I haven't any at the moment!) and cook until the sugar is slightly brown and fruit a little brown on the edges. Serve hot with some cold low fat yogurt :)
