Recipe Ingredients for The Big Chili

1 1/2 pounds beef, stewing, cut into small cubes
1 cup red pepper, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef broth, low sodium, low fat
1 1/2 cups salsa
19 ounces tomatoes, diced
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp coriander, ground
19 ounces Beans, kidney, canned
19 ounces, Beans, black, turtle, canned
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey

Recipe Directions for The Big Chili

  1. Just a basic chili recipe. Mix all ingredients, except lime juice and honey.

  2. Simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat.

  3. Add lime juice and honey right before serving.
