Great Big Breakfast Cookie, Quick, Filling, delicious and the kids love them!

Recipe Ingredients for Big Breakfast Cookie

1 cup oats
1 cup skim milk powder
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp chocolate chips
1 cup apple sauce
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Big Breakfast Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Mix dry together

  3. Add applesauce and mix

  4. adjust if too dry or wet

  5. make 3 mounds (will be big)and bake for 15-20 min
