Recipe Ingredients for Bierock Casserole

2 lb. hamburger
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 medium onion
2 c. shredded cheese
16 crescent rolls
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 salt, pepper, and garlic (to taste)

Recipe Directions for Bierock Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown onion and ground beef in large skillet over medium high heat; drain extra fat out of skillet, then stir in shredded cabbage. Heat through and set aside. Press 1 package of crescent dough into the bottom of a lightly greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Spread beef mixture on top, then lay second package of crescent roll dough over the top of the beef mixture. Press dough seams together and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in pre-heated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown
