1/3 c oats
1/2 c plain yogurt, low fat,
15 grams walnuts
1 small apple
1/3 c blueberries

Recipe Directions for bierchier muslei

  1. Soak oats in boiling water and let sit until soft (about 15 min, can do night before and leave overnight)

  2. grate apple into softened oats

  3. Add yogurt

  4. mix

  5. top with berries, nuts and maple syrup (optional)
