Simple canned peppers of any variety. Recipe as given is for 2 pints but I usually make a lot more than that. Basic thing is 10 parts of water to 1 part vinegar and a little bit of sugar -- maybe 1/2 a cup to 11 cups of liquid. Salt is optional so not included.

Recipe Ingredients for Biddy's Peppers

1 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water
0.25 serving Pure Cane Sugar
4 cup, chopped or diced Peppers, Hot Chili, Green

Recipe Directions for Biddy's Peppers

  1. Combine liquids and bring to a boil.

  2. Pack peppers into 2 pint jars.

  3. If desired add a clove of garlic.

  4. If you want salt about 1/2 tsp. per pint jar suits most tastes but I don't add any.

  5. Pour liquid over them.

  6. Process in boiling water canner (or pressure canner at 5 lbs) for 10 minutes.
