A great Korean dish, at my favorite little restaurant. This makes me happy.

Recipe Ingredients for Bibim Bab - Campus Hideaway Roll Cafe

1 cup rice, cooked
1/4 cup cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup bean sprouts, steamed
50 g ground chuck, cooked
1 egg, poached, over easy
50 g kimchi

Recipe Directions for Bibim Bab - Campus Hideaway Roll Cafe

  1. Put cooked rice in a bowl. Top with poached or fried egg (sunny side up, with the yolk still runny).

  2. Portion vegetables and beef around the poached egg along the circumference of the bowl.

  3. Serve with kimchi on the side.
