stuffed bell peppers with ground beef

Recipe Ingredients for biber dolmasi

1 lb ground beef
3 medium tomatoes
1 large onion
50 g parsley
1 cup rice
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
6 bell peppers

Recipe Directions for biber dolmasi

  1. cut the tops of bell peppers and set them aside

  2. grate tomatoes and onion

  3. chop parsley finely

  4. add everything except olive oil and tomato paste

  5. mix with your hands

  6. in a large pot put the paste and olive oil, thin it with 2 cups of boiling water

  7. fill the peppers with the beef mixture and place them in the pot

  8. put the lid on and boil them gently about 20-30 min

  9. you can serve with yogurt
