Turkish rice-stuffed green peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Biber Dolmasi

10 small green pepper
20 tbsp rice
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cup parsley
1 cup dill
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Biber Dolmasi

Heat the oil, add chopped onion, stir for 2 minutes. Add rice and 1 cup of water and salt. Turn the heat off. Add tomato paste, parsley and dill. Let it cool. Divide peppers in two and put the stuffing in. Put stuffed peppers in a pan and cover. Cook for about half an hour.
