16 oz Hocks
181 3/5 grams Split Peas
1/4 tsp Marjoram, Dried
1/2 cup Sliced Carrots
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1/2 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for (BH&G) Split Pea Soup

Mix ingredients in a large saucepan with 2 cups of water. Add a dash of pepper. Simmer for 1 hour. Cut meat from bones and re-add to soup. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
