Okra sabzi made with green chillies and garlic

Recipe Ingredients for Bhendi(Okra) sabzi

1/2 kg Okra
1 tbsp garlic minced
1 tbsp Peppers, Green minced
1/2 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 Tomatoes - chopped

Recipe Directions for Bhendi(Okra) sabzi

  1. Wash, Cut okra in 1 cm pieces

  2. Grind green chillies with garlic and cumin seeds

  3. Heat oil in pan, add bhendi, green chilli paste, turmeric and salt

  4. Cook till okra is soft

  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are semi soft
