Recipe Ingredients for Bhel

3 oz puffed rice
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup cabbage
1 cup carrot
1 tomato
1 tbsp mung beans
1 salt to taste
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Bhel

  1. Soak mung beans for about 10 minutes, drain.

  2. Deseed tomato. cut into small cubes.

  3. cut all the other veggies too, into small cubes, as small as possible.

  4. mix all ingredients together and serve immediately.
