2 cups besan flour
1 grated carrot
1 grated sweet potato
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup water

Recipe Directions for Bhajiyas Vege Frittas

  1. Mix Besan Flour with spices as desired

  2. add grated veges

  3. slowly add water until a thick sticky batter is formed

  4. pan fry for a few minutes on each side.
